I'm the owner and operator of Roo's Ratings — a licensed, CHEERS-certified ECC and HERS rater based in Citrus Heights, California. I founded this company because I wanted to bring something different to energy compliance: speed, honesty, and care for the people I work with.

Roo's Ratings is named in honor of my father, Joey Tynon. He passed away, and this company — the logo, the name, everything — is my way of carrying a piece of him forward in everything I do.
"Roo" comes from Joey, as in Joey — the baby kangaroo carried in its mother's pouch. The kangaroo in our logo isn't just a mascot. It's a tribute to my dad and a reminder of why I show up every day and do this work the right way.
